I offer a wide range of sessions to secondary schools, colleges, universities, and sports clubs utilising lived experience of mental illness, as well as elite sport.
Sessions can be adapted for individual audiences, but the general structure consists of me sharing personal experience of mental illness, applying the key messages to the individual audiences, and time for Q&A.
The sessions aim to:
Inspire, educate, contribute to de-stigmatising mental illness, show it is ok not to be ok
Sessions can focus on or incorporate:
Inspiration, elite sport, exam pressure, anxiety, panic attacks, self-esteem, goal setting, low mood and depression, self-harm and suicide.
For more details on the sessions, information on pricing, and enquiries for booking, please refer to the ‘contact me’ tab.
Sessions don’t fit what you’re looking for? Contact me and I will try to facilitate your needs.
